Julia Bouzan
Julia Bouzan is an experienced Vice President, Strategic Consulting Services, specializing in digital and AI transformation, project management, and change leadership. With a background in HCM consulting and interim leadership, she has optimized operations for various global organizations.
Her expertise lies in enhancing organizational performance and streamlining operations through leading global projects and change initiatives. Julia focuses on technical integrations, organizational planning, and capability development. She employs a comprehensive change management approach, leveraging communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and impact analysis to ensure successful adoption of systems and processes.
Julia holds a Master of Science degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maryland. She is certified in GPHR, CCMP Change Management, ScrumMaster, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, and MIT AI Business Strategy.
